Returns and Refunds

Thank you for shopping at Express Highs! We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase; if 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

Your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Due to its nature and to guarantee safety for reselling the products in the Legal Highs Shop and Research Chemicals Shop categories, the packaging of the product must be unopened. The product and packaging will be closely examined by our team upon receipt of the returned item. To complete your return, we require an order number sent in your message to us. Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you have received the wrong item, we will replace it for you free of charges. Please contact us and include your order number along with details about the incorrect product you received.

Shipping cost refund

If you have ordered express delivery (including but not limited to UPS Express Service available for EU countries in a select number of categories on our website) to a location that is classified as remote by the courier and requires an additional remote location surcharge, we reserve the right to ship your order with a standard tracked option and refund the cost difference directly to the payment method used with your order. You may check your postal code on the selected courier's website to make sure it is not classified as a remote location. Remote locations are mostly islands and mountainous regions of Europe.

Deadlines

In the event of a Refund, Replacement or Product exchange, please allow us up to 10 business days to fulfill your request. You will receive an order update notification once your request has been fulfilled.
