Just tried this for the first time and have to say that it exceeded all expectations!.
Dosage is the key and differs for everyone (6 grams seems to hit the sweet spot for me).
Try 4g and give it 30 mins to see results,then add a other 1g if needed,then repeat as needed until you feel it work.
Awesome product,the best supplement i have ever tried!.
