3-FPM commonly known as 3-Fluorophenmetrazine is a phenymorpholine based chemical, mainly related to Phenmetrazine group, and used mainly for research and forensic purposes.

Though the chemical is sold under the name 3-FPM, a well-known name, “PAL-593” was initially given to the substance, and online searches in this name may yield better results.

Its IUPAC name goes by the name 2- (3-fluorophenyl) 3-methylmorpholine, its formula written as C11H14FNO, and its molecular weight is 285.42 g.

3-Fluorophemetrazine Research Chemical has a mechanism of action functioning as a releasing agent for norepinephrine, serotonin, and dopamine.

It has a negligible serotonin efficacy release in its EC50 value of 2558 nM while showing better results in dopamine-norepinephrine EC50 values at 43 nM and 30 nM, but as compared to methylphenidate, it has a higher affinity to all the three monoamines.

The metabolic pathway evaluation reveals aryl hydroxylation, N-oxidation resulting in alkyl hydroxylation, O-methylation and ethyl bridge degradation which yields the metabolite of O/N-dialkyl.

The 3–FPM is a synthetic molecule containing an (NH2) amino acid binding a phenyl ring with a phenethylamine core. It also contains a fluorine atom attached to an R3 phenyl ring and part of its skeleton integrated to a morpholine ring.

At the R2 of the 3–FPM chain, an oxygen group is linked, which is then bound to an ethyl chain, forming a morpholine group. 3-Fluorophemetrazine Research Chemical is the fluorine-based derivative of the phenmetrazine chemical.

The physical and chemical properties of 3-Fluorophenmetrazine research chemical include a covalent bond of 1, atom count of 13, polar surface area topology of 21.3A2, and undefined count of atom stereocenter of 2.

Research done on the chemical by ChemAxon showed that it had the following properties, 1 #H bond donors, 2 #H bond acceptors, refraction index at 1.503, 1 #Freely Rotating Bonds, flash point of 112.7± 12.6 degrees centigrade, boiling point of 285.2 at 760mmHg and a melting point of 67.79.

The report also found out that the total wastewater treatment removal for adsorption of sludge stood at 1.88%, biodegrading at 0.09 percent and a 1.97 percentage in total removal, removal to air stood at 0.00 percent. Our customers can easily buy 3-FPM online directly on our website.
