Please note:  We do not ship to the United States of America and we are not based in the UK.

All orders of 60.00 or over are qualified for a free delivery. You will see a free shipping option at checkout if your order meets this criterion. If your currency is not Euro - you are also eligible for free shipping and currency conversion will be done automatically. The only exception from this rule is if your order contains bath salts or research chemicals products, as due to the shipping requirements from couriers we must send these products separately, so you will have two tracking numbers for your order in this case.

All orders are sent from the European Union within 24-48 hours with a tracked  delivery service, after we receive your payment. We ship Monday to Friday.

You will receive an e-mail with the tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.

You will see estimated delivery times when you are choosing your shipping option at checkout.

You will see information about where to track your order in your order confirmation e-mail, once you complete checkout process.

Please note that as per our Terms and Conditions it is your responsibility to know your local laws and customs regulations, but in 99% of cases there are absolutely no delivery problems.

Germany, Austria, Denmark, Sweden, Iceland, Finland, Norway - Products from our Research Chemical Shop can only be shipped to these countries using regular airmail without tracking. If your order also contains products from the Legal Highs Shop - you will receive two separate deliveries, one with tracking and one without. Our reship guarantee for products from the Research Chemical shop does not apply to these locations.

We will resend any lost parcel

Our courier company considers an item lost if it has been more than 7 business days from the date it was due to be delivered within European Union, or 15 business days for countries outside European Union. Only tracked services within European Union are covered by our reship guarantee. We can not provide a reship guarantee for countries outside the European Union.

Please contact us if your item has not been delivered within 4 working days within European Union or 10 business days for countries outside of the European Union. 


Shipping to remote locations

If your shipping address is considered a remote location by the courier company (usually small islands to which there is no way for the courier company to perform a ground delivery from mainland Europe or mountains in mainland Europe) - you will receive an e-mail from us with an offer of alternative shipping option.

Products shipped outside of the European Union do not have our reship guarantee.
