Upcoming Research Chemicals Ban
Update: The Ban has been postponed until at least September 2024!
Important Update: Impending Ban on Certain Substances
We wish to inform you of impending regulatory changes proposed by the government of the Netherlands. A comprehensive ban on hundreds of substances is anticipated, targeting those resembling mescaline, cannabis, speed, or fentanyl.
The proposed bill, adopted by the House of Representatives on January 16, 2024, outlines the addition of list Ia to the Opium Act. This list encompasses the prohibition of molecules with structures akin to hard drugs. Consequently, a wide array of substances will face prohibition simultaneously.
The bill categorizes substances into three main groups: phenethylamines, cannabinoids, and 4-aminopiperidines. We urge you to take note of the substances listed below, as they are slated for ban pending the bill's passage. Please ensure to stock up on your preferred products before July 1st 2024, the anticipated enforcement date of the law.
